Antonio Gómez Menchero MD, PhD, is Interventional Cardiologist at the Juan Ramón Jiménez Hospital in Huelva (Spain) since 2009, director of the clinical cardiology unit and interventional cardiologist at Hospital Quiron Huelva.

He has a clinical and research interest in intracoronary diagnosis techniques (Funtional assestment of coronary circulation and intracoronary imaging, intravascular ultrasound and OCT). He is member of the spanish society of cardiology and the interventional society of cardiovascular intervention. He is collaborating teacher in the Master of interventional cardiology of this society.

He is the author or co-author of >50 articles and he is investigator and co-investigator of > 20 multicenter studies and editor of the first edition of “Manual de técnicas de diagnostico intracoronario” published on 2014. He is profesor and chairman of multiple course in complex PCI and Master class in FFR and OCT.
